World Wide Web : A scheme of Internet servers that support specially formatted documents. The documents are formatted in a score language called HTML (HyperText Markup Language) that supports links to other documents, as well as graphics, audio, and video files. This means you can jump from one document to another simply by clicking on specific spots. Not all Internet servers are part of the World Wide Web. Internet and Web Information Systems (WWW) is an international, archival, peer-reviewed journal that covers all aspects of the Web, including issues related to architectures, applications, Internet and Web information systems, and communities.

Internet : Internet is a worldwide system of computer networks - a network of networks in which users at any one computer can, if they have permission, get information from any other computer (and sometimes talk directly to users at other computers).

Web Browser : A Web browser is a software application for retrieving, presenting, and traversing information resources on the World Wide Web. The major web browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, and Opera for Windows and Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Opera for Macintosh.

Http : HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) is the set of rules for transferring files (text, graphic images, sound, video, and other multimedia files) on the World Wide Web. HyperText Transfer Protocol, the underlying protocol used by the World Wide Web. HTTP defines how messages are formatted and transmitted, and what actions Web servers and browsers should take in response to various commands. For example, when you enter a URL in your browser, this actually sends an HTTP command to the Web server directing it to fetch and transmit the requested Web page. HTTP is an application protocol that runs on top of the TCP/IP suite of protocols (the foundation protocols for the Internet).

Url : Uniform Resource Locator. The global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web including web pages or image files, and programs such as CGI applications or Java applets. It is a standard for identifying a resource (site, name, application, etc.) across a computer network.

Html : HyperText Markup Language, is the predominant markup language for web pages. It provides a means to create structured documents by denoting structural semantics for text such as headings, paragraphs, lists etc as well as for links, quotes, and other items. It is a type of computer language that is primarily used for files that are posted on the internet and viewed by web browsers. HTML files can also be sent via email. HTML is not a programming language, it is a markup language.

E-mail : The transmission of messages over communications networks. Electronic mail, often abbreviated as email, e.mail or e-mail, is a method of exchanging digital messages. E-mail can also be exchanged between online service provider users and in networks other than the Internet, both public and private.
